Libya-India Business Ties: June Delegation Planned

The General Union of Chambers of Commerce received the Ambassador of India to Libya at its Tripoli headquarters last Wednesday (10 June).

The meeting addressed ways to enhance economic and trade cooperation between the two sides. It also discussed arrangements for the upcoming visit of an official delegation, headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and including several Indian business leaders, to Libya at the end of this month.

Both sides emphasized the importance of this visit in strengthening direct communication between Libyan and Indian businesspeople, exploring opportunities for cooperation and investment, and exchanging expertise, in a way that serves mutual interests and supports the development process.
