Deputy Defense Minister, French Ambassador discuss expanding bilateral cooperation
Deputy Defense Minister Abdulsalam Al-Zoubi met with French Ambassador to Libya Thierry Vallat to discuss strengthening Libya-France relations and expanding cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
The meeting, held Wednesday at the Ministry of Defense headquarters in Tripoli, was attended by French Military Attaché Michel Benoit and formed part of ongoing efforts to enhance coordination between the two countries.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the talks focused on mechanisms to deepen bilateral cooperation and boost coordination across several shared files in a way that serves the interests of both Libya and France.
