Senegalese coach Youssouph Dabo arrived in Tripoli on Tuesday with members of his technical staff to officially begin his duties as head coach of Libya’s national team.
The Libyan Football Federation said Dabo and his staff will begin the first phase of the team’s preparation program with a training camp in Tripoli ahead of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Federation said the program aims to establish clear technical and organizational foundations while providing stability and suitable working conditions for the coaching staff and players, in preparation for the national team’s upcoming commitments.
