(Albawaba) — A resistance group belonging to the internationally recognized government in Yemen confirmed the killing of 500 soldiers in fighting on the western coast between August 9 and September 10.
The Yemeni resistance announced in a statement on Sunday that 500 were killed and 1,500 were wounded among the group’s forces in the battles with the Iranian-backed Houthis.
The Houthi attack on the west coast was carried out with the backing of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and its allies.
