The Supreme Committee for Youth Summer 2026 Holds Its First Meeting and Reviews the Activities Plan in Tripoli

Tripoli – The Higher Committee assigned by the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity to organize the “Youth Summer 2026” season held its first meeting at the Ministry of Youth headquarters. The meeting was chaired by Youth Minister Haitham Al-Zahaf to review preparations and set the operational arrangements for launching the summer activities.

The meeting featured a comprehensive presentation of the spatial and program plans for the season. The event will take place along the Al-Shat Corniche in the Central Tripoli Municipality and the Andalus Corniche in the Hai Al-Andalus Municipality. The program will include a variety of recreational, cultural, sports, and media activities targeting youth, families, and different segments of the community.

The committee also discussed the roles and responsibilities assigned to participating entities. Tasks were distributed according to specialization to ensure site readiness and the provision of necessary services, logistical, security, and technical support for the success of the season.

The “Youth Summer 2026” season is part of the government’s efforts to provide high-quality programs and safe public spaces. The initiative aims to host youth and community activities and to enhance cultural and entertainment scenes during the summer.
