Paris’ Grand Rex Cinema to Screen Morocco vs Brazil 2026 World Cup Match

Rabat – Paris’ Grand Rex cinema will screen the much-anticipated game between Morocco vs Brazil as part of the 2026 World Cup.

Nota Productions, which is an event company specializing in concerts, is collaborating with promoter Iconic Club to screen the match at the Grand Rex.

Nota Production is promising fans of a 100% Moroccan atmosphere, as the iconic Grand ex will be “transformed into a true temple of football and Moroccan culture for a unique experience.”

The game is on June 13 at 11 p.m. Moroccan time and 12 a.m. Paris time.

Nota Production said the event will also feature a special live Dakka Marrakchia performance, as part of Morocco’s folklore, as well as a popular celebration after the game.

The event will also include food and drinks in addition to “surprises,” the agency added.

Doors will open at 10:30 p.m. local time with a Dakka Marrakchia show before the game as well as halftime and after the match.

Moroccans are among the largest foreign communities in France.

In 2024, Moroccans ranked scond among foreign communities living in the European country.

Paris and large cities in the country often host celebrations following Morocco’s sports achievements.

Morocco is part of Group C in the upcoming World Cup, alongside Brazil, Scotland, and Haiti.

Head coach Mohamed Ouahbi announced his 26-man World Cup squad on Tuesday, featuring several of Morocco’s strategic players like Nayef Auguered, Soufiane Amrabet, and Achraf Hakimi.

The squad also includes youngsters, including new faces like Ayyoub Bouaddi and Ayoub Amaimouni.

After Brazil, Morocco will face Scotland on June 19, and Haiti on June 24.
