Morocco’s national show jumping team won the bronze medal on Sunday at the Mediterranean Games, currently taking place in Taranto, Italy.
The Moroccan team finished third after a decisive jump-off against Spain to determine the silver medal winner, with both teams having ended the two rounds with a total of four penalty points each.
Gold went to France, which completed the competition without a fault, while Spain claimed the silver medal.
The Moroccan team comprised Abdelkebir Ouaddar, El Ghali Boukaa, Abdeslam Bennani Smires, and Ali Al Ahrach.
