Khalid bin Salman Conveys Saudi Leadership’s Condolences on the Death of Former Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi

Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Defense, offered condolences on the passing of former Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, conveying the sympathies and condolences of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Mohammed bin Salman to the late president’s family and relatives.
During a meeting with the former president’s family in Riyadh, Prince Khalid expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased, as well as to the leadership and people of Yemen.
He praised the role played by former President Hadi, highlighting his national positions, his efforts in leading Yemen, and his commitment to the country’s security, stability, development, and prosperity.
The Saudi defense minister reaffirmed the Kingdom’s support for the Yemeni people and prayed that God grant the deceased His mercy and forgiveness, admit him into Paradise, and provide patience and comfort to his family and the Yemeni people. He also expressed his hope for continued security and stability in Yemen.
Also present at the condolence gathering were Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Defense Ministry intelligence adviser Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif, Mohammed Al Jaber, along with a number of other Saudi officials.
