Finance minister discusses economic reforms with UN envoy
Finance Minister Rashed Abu Ghaffa has discussed the country’s economic outlook and plans to reform public finances with the UN’s envoy to Libya, Hanna Tetteh.
The talks in Tripoli focused on managing state resources and government spending, the Finance Ministry said.
Abu Ghaffa briefed Tetteh on government spending overseen by his ministry.
The meeting also covered government support for the National Oil Corporation to help maintain oil production.
