Byanyima raises concern over Besigye’s deteriorating health

The wife of detained opposition politician Dr Kizza Besigye, Winnie Byanyima, has called for his release on bail, saying his health has continued to deteriorate and that he needs specialist medical care. Byanyima says Besigye is still unable to walk or speak properly and needs round-the-clock care from his family.
