NEW YORK, September 3, 2026 – Proskauer
advised Carrick Capital Partners, a growth-oriented investment firm
focused on operationally scaling B2B software and
technology-enabled businesses, on the closing of an oversubscribed
single-asset continuation vehicle for Saviynt, a leading identity
security company, with approximately $600 million in capital
commitments.
Coller Capital was the lead investor, and HSBC Asset Management
acted as co-lead investor in the new vehicle. The transaction
provides liquidity for existing limited partners.
The Proskauer team was led by partners Blake Halperin and Chris Robinson (Private Funds); partner Mike Ellis (M&A); and partner Jeremy Naylor (Tax). It also included senior
