United States Postal Service hosting Job Fair in Oklahoma City Friday
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — The United States Postal Service (USPS) is hosting a job fair in Oklahoma City on Friday.
USPS is hosting a job fair with immediate hiring opportunities from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at its OKC Processing & Distribution Center located at 4025 W. Reno Ave.
Immediate openings are available for Rural Carrier Associates and Assistant Rural Carriers in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas, according to USPS.
The Rural Carrier Associate role requires a valid state driver’s license and the ability to demonstrate and maintain a safe driving record.
For those interested in the Assistant Rural Carrier position, USPS said a personal vehicle may be required, and an ARC may be hired to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Starting salary is $21.89 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
USPS said on-the-job training is provided, and postal officials will be at the fair to answer questions and assist with the application process.
