UN envoy discusses Libya developments with German ambassador
The UN’s Special Representative for Libya, Hanna Tetteh, has met Germany’s newly appointed ambassador, Arvid Enders, in Tripoli to discuss political, economic and security developments in the country.
The UN mission said Tetteh briefed the ambassador on the UN-facilitated political process, including recent small-group talks and progress so far.
Both sides stressed the need to preserve stability, while Germany reaffirmed its support for the UN-led process.
