UN ‘deeply concerned’ by ongoing drone attack in Sudan, spokesman says
The United Nations said it was “deeply concerned” by the ongoing drone attacks in Sudan as the escalating violence in the African country is coming as the health and other conditions worsen. The Rapid Support Forces are battling the Sudanese army in a civil war. North Darfur and the area around another large city, al-Obeid, the capital of North Kordofan state, are among the areas seeing summary executions, abductions, torture and sexual violence.
