Tetteh, Egyptian Chargé d’Affaires discuss Libya’s political developments
UN Special Representative for Libya Hanna Tetteh met with Egypt’s Chargé d’Affaires, Ambassador Tamer El-Hefny, to discuss the latest political, economic, and security developments in Libya.
The meeting addressed the UN-facilitated political process, including the outcomes of the recent small-format meeting, as well as broader developments in the country.
Both sides reaffirmed their support for a united Libya and a political process leading to successful and credible elections.
