Senegal to offer 109 oil and gas blocks to local and foreign investors

DAKAR (Reuters) – Senegal plans to offer 109 oil and gas blocks at a roadshow to local and foreign investors, the West African country’s energy minister, El Hadji Abdourahmane Diouf, said.
