RSL celebrates United States World Cup with watch party at America First Field

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — The United States Men’s National Team kicks off its 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign on Friday, and Real Salt Lake is helping celebrate.

RSL will be hosting soccer celebration watch parties at America First Field throughout the tournament’s group stages for both the Stars and Stripes and Mexico.

Each celebration will be held at Beddy’s Plaza just outside the stadium and is free to attend. Watch parties will include the game on a big screen, live entertainment, food trucks, pre-game activities and appearances from RSL and Utah Royals players.

Attendees will also have the option to purchase a meal deal package that includes a guaranteed seat, a meal, popcorn and soda.

Real Salt Lake hosted the first of six watch parties on Thursday afternoon, when Mexico opened the global tournament with a 2-0 win over South Africa.

On Friday night, fans can cheer on the U.S. as they play their opening group stage match against Paraguay. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
