NOC signs production-sharing agreement with Chevron
The National Oil Corporation (NOC) on Monday signed a production-sharing agreement with US oil company Chevron as part of the implementation of the results of the 2025 bidding round, NOC Chairman Masoud Suleiman announced.
Suleiman said the agreement marks an important step toward exploring and developing Libya’s oil resources and reflects the NOC’s commitment to advancing the oil and gas sector and strengthening partnerships with major international companies.
He expressed hope that the partnership with Chevron would help boost production and investment while benefiting from the company’s expertise and modern technologies in oil exploration and field development.
