Niger hosts Internet Governance Forum

A four-day forum was held from 21 to 24 April by the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), Agence Nationale pour la Societe de l’Information (ANSI) Niger, and the Ministry of Communication and New Technology, to discuss the country’s digital future. It brought together stakeholders from across Niger and the wider sub-region, including representatives from government, industry and civil society. The forum addressed digital sovereignty, inclusion, cybersecurity and AI.
