Morocco drawn with Libya and Rwanda in African U18 handball championship

The draw for the 22nd edition of the African Nations Handball Championship for under-18 boys, scheduled to take place from September 15 to 22 in the Ivorian capital, Abidjan, has placed Morocco’s national team in Group C alongside Libya and Rwanda.

The participating teams were divided into four groups, two featuring four teams and two featuring three, following the draw, which placed Morocco in the third group with Libya and Rwanda.

Group A includes Egypt, Cameroon, and the Republic of the Congo, while Group B is made up of Tunisia, Algeria, Nigeria, and Madagascar. Group D features Guinea, Côte d’Ivoire, Zambia, and Burundi.

Morocco will begin its preliminary-round campaign against Rwanda on September 15 at 5 p.m., before facing Libya on September 18 at 4 p.m.
