Menfi congratulates Takala on election, discusses political process

Presidential Council head Mohammed Menfi met on Sunday with High Council of State head Mohammed Takala, congratulating him and his two deputies on their election to the council’s leadership.

During the meeting, held at the High Council of State headquarters in Tripoli, the two sides reviewed the latest political developments, the challenges facing the electoral process, and upcoming electoral milestones.

They also discussed ways to advance the political process and strengthen coordination among national institutions to support the unification of state institutions, create suitable conditions for holding elections, and promote stability in Libya.
