AEK Athens 2-3 Real Madrid
Real Madrid maintained their perfect record in the UEFA Champions League after defeating AEK Athens 3-2 on Wednesday night.

The Greeks got off to the perfect start when Aboubakary Koita cut inside to create some space before unleashing a powerful strike that left goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois with no chance.
The visitors did get back on level terms after the 30-minute mark when Jude Bellingham turned home Marc Cucurella’s cross with a superb first-time flick.
AEK were able to keep the scores level in the first half before they retook the lead in the 75th minute when Koita turned provider to play in Stavro Pilo, who fired past Thibaut Courtois.
The home side’s joy only lasted three minutes when Dumfries latched onto Bellingham’s through-ball to set up Kylian Mbappe for the simple tap-in, with the Frenchman bagging his sixth goal of the campaign.
According to MisterChip, Mbappe becomes the third Madrid player to score in his opening four Champions League games after Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.
Los Blancos went on to grab the winning goal in second-half stoppage time when Federico Valverde picked up the ball outside and then sent a superb strike into the top corner.

The Reds made the breakthrough in the 25th minute when Trey Nyoni bagged his first Champions League goal with a lovely effort from just outside the area.
The Turkish giants weren’t behind for too long as Mason Greenwood’s free-kick took a deflection and sailed past a helpless Alisson Becker.
Andoni Iraola’s side managed to restore their lead in the 69th minute when substitute Cody Gakpo did well to pick out striker Alexander Isak, who rose well and headed into the back of the net.
The lead did not last long as the hosts equalised for a second time three minutes later when Archie Brown headed into an empty net after a mix-up between Alisson and Virgil van Dijk.
Brown then turned provider to set up Fenerbahce’s winner as he played in Vedat Muriqi, who made no mistake from close range to end the Reds’ unbeaten start in the tournament.
