Man Utd Suffer Big Loss To Amorim’s Milan

Manchester United 2-4 AC Milan

Manchester United suffered 4-2 defeat to Ruben Amorim’s AC Milan in their final pre-season encounter on Saturday evening.

Harry Maguire put United ahead after just two minutes by nodding home Bruno Fernandes’ corner, but they were pegged back by Samuel Chukwueze’s equaliser.

Fernandes went on to miss a penalty before Patrick Dorgu restored United’s lead on 51 minutes.

Milan, however, hit back through goals from Alphadjo Cisse, Goncalo Ramos and Ruben Loftus Cheek.

Chelsea 3-1 Real Sociedad

Chelsea ended their pre-season festivities with a 3-1 victory over Real Sociedad on Saturday afternoon.

Xabi Alonso’s men surged into the lead thanks to a strike from new signing Morgan Rogers, before the visitors hit back through Jon Aramburu on the stroke of halftime.

Joao Pedro restored the Blues’ lead shortly after the break, before he completed his brace in the 77th minute to wrap up the win at Stamford Bridge.

RB Leipzig 1-3 Bayern Munich

Vincent Kompany’s Bayern Munich defeated Bundesliga rivals RB Leipzig 3-1 in their final pre-season friendly.

Goals from Luis Diaz, Nathaniel Brown and Jamal Musiala guided the Bavarians to victory.

Meanwhile, Brajan Gruda netted Leipzig’s only goal of the contest.

Tottenham Hotspur 3-0  Hoffenheim

Tottenham Hotspur closed out their pre-season journey with a 3-0 triumph over Hoffenheim.

Richarlison put the home side ahead in the 35th minute, before young striker Mikey Moore bagged a second-half brace.
