MainMoney introduces palm-based biometric identification for payments in DR Congo
MainMoney launched a palm-based biometric payment system in Kinshasa, Wearetech reported. It allows users to make payments without a bank card or mobile phone, using the palm of their hand as a unique identifier for biometric authentication. The system relies on “palm vein” technology, which analyzes the internal vein pattern of the hand to identify each user.
