Libya’s Deputy Defense Minister meets Chinese Ambassador
Deputy Defense Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Salam Al-Zoubi, met Sunday at the Ministry of Defense headquarters with Chinese Ambassador to Libya to discuss bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
Al-Zoubi expressed the ministry’s appreciation for China’s support for Libya’s security, stability, and unity, while praising its role in regional and international forums, according to a ministry statement.
The two sides agreed to continue consultations, coordination, and the exchange of views on regional and international issues of mutual interest, while working to further develop bilateral cooperation and support security and stability.
