Libya, Germany discuss ties and political process
Foreign Minister, Taher Al-Baour, has met Germany’s new ambassador, Arvid Andres, in Tripoli to discuss bilateral relations and political developments.
The talks, held on Sunday, marked the start of the ambassador’s duties. Both sides explored ways to strengthen cooperation across areas of mutual interest.
They also reviewed efforts to advance Libya’s political process, exchanging views on current initiatives and stressing the need for continued dialogue and coordination to support stability.
Regional and international issues were also discussed, with both sides underlining the importance of ongoing consultation to enhance cooperation and promote security.
