Liberian president orders LTA to expand school connectivity programme

Liberian President Joseph Boakai has directed the Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) to expand the national school connectivity initiative. Under the new directive, 28 more public schools will be integrated into the programme. LTA chairperson Clarence K. Massaquoi reported that the regulator has already connected 89 out of 156 targeted public high schools to high-speed internet.
