INNOCEAN Brazil Announces New Media Leadership

INNOCEAN Brazil announces the appointment of Daniela Moura as its new Media Director. With more than 20 years of experience in the market and a career built across leading agencies and global advertisers, the executive takes on the leadership of the department, focusing on strategy, planning, and the management of integrated projects.

Throughout her career, Daniela has led multidisciplinary teams and managed on- and offline media, data, and branding projects for brands including Unilever, Nestlé, Kimberly-Clark, and Sanofi. Her experience also spans different areas of media strategy, investment, and business, combining strong market knowledge with a data-driven approach.

Daniela holds a degree in Social Communication from FMU and has worked at agencies including Grupo We, MRM, VMLY&R, Mullen Lowe, Ogilvy, and Publicis Brazil. She has also worked on consulting and strategic projects involving media, data, and business, partnering with brands and agencies to develop investment frameworks and support data-driven marketing decisions.

“I see clear potential at INNOCEAN to further strengthen the integration of creativity, media, data, and performance, turning this intelligence into agile decisions and tangible results for our clients. I believe my experience will further contribute to the evolution of the department and to the agency’s growth,” says Daniela.

“Daniela’s arrival reinforces one of INNOCEAN’s core beliefs: media, data, creativity, and AI only create value when they operate as one intelligence, serving our clients’ businesses. She joins us at a time of growth for the agency and strengthens our ambition to translate this intelligence into real impact. More than moving metrics, it is about moving people and moving the businesses of the brands we work with,” says Bruno Perez, COO of INNOCEAN Brazil.

In her new role, Daniela will lead the Media department, overseeing media strategies and multidisciplinary projects, while expanding the team’s expertise and the department’s capabilities in partnership with clients. She will report directly to Bruno Perez and J. Kwon, COO and CEO of INNOCEAN Brazil, respectively.
