Influencer died after penis enlargement surgery, UK inquest reveals

A United Kingdom-based influencer died from complications related to a penis enlargement procedure, according to a coroners’ inquest in the UK.
Forty-three-year-old British-Nigerian Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, suffered a pulmonary embolism – a sudden blockage of blood vessels in the lungs—after undergoing the procedure in March during a luxury vacation with his wife in Thailand, a coroners’ court inquest reportedly said.
He reportedly had 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis, according to the inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court.
According to TMZ, after the operation, Ubiribo went to get a massage with his wife, but reportedly began experiencing chest pains and passed out two times.
He was taken to hospital where he died on March 6.
TMZ reported that Igho had about 185,000 Instagram followers and was known for his lavish lifestyle which included a US$1.1 million home in Los Angeles’ Crenshaw neighborhood and a US$600,000 apartment in London.
