BACADWEYN, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) — Severe drought and dwindling assistance have taken a heavy toll on Somalis’ livelihoods, particularly in northern and central regions, according to a report by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
