Congolese telecoms regulator ARPCE dismantles sixth illegal SIM box network in Brazzaville

The Regulatory Agency for Posts and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) of the Republic of Congo has dismantled another SIM box fraud network in Brazzaville, the sixth this year. Supported by security forces, sworn ARPCE officers raided a location in the Massengo (Domaine) neighbourhood of Brazzaville on 21 August.
