Health Department’s group home program under microscope following investigations
A group home linked to Golden Touch Health Care in Brooklyn Center, on Thursday. Sekou Dukuly, managing director of Liberia’s National Port Authority, had allegedly remotely directed three Golden Touch group homes while working as a government official in Liberia since 2025. State officials halted payments, revoked the homes’ licenses, and planned to shut them down Thursday.
