Yemen Condemns Iranian Missile Strikes on Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq

Aden — Yemen’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Wednesday strongly condemned Iranian missile attacks targeting Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq, describing them as a violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of those states.

In a statement carried by the official Saba news agency, the ministry warned that the assaults represent a dangerous escalation threatening regional security and stability. 

It urged the international community to take a firm stance against actions that undermine the safety and sovereignty of neighboring countries.

Yemen reaffirmed its full support for Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq, backing measures taken by these nations to safeguard their security and stability.

The condemnation follows a series of Iranian strikes involving missiles and drones against the four countries, which the ministry said posed a direct threat to the safety of their populations.

Escalation Between Washington and Tehran  
The developments come amid renewed military escalation between the United States and Iran. 

On Tuesday, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced a wave of strikes against Revolutionary Guard targets, including air-defense systems, radar installations, naval assets, mine-laying capabilities, and communications sites.

Iran, in turn, denounced the attacks, claiming they killed five civilians and injured dozens during a wedding celebration, and vowed retaliation. Washington has warned of more destructive strikes should Tehran respond.

The Yemeni statement underscores growing regional alarm as the conflict between Washington and Tehran intensifies, threatening to destabilize neighboring states already grappling with security challenges.
