UK ambassador meets GNU minister to discuss bilateral cooperation

Minister of State for Prime Minister and Cabinet Affairs Mohamed bin Ghalboun of the Government of National Unity (GNU) met with UK Ambassador to Libya Martin Reynolds on Sunday to discuss a number of issues of common interest and ways to strengthen relations and cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting, attended by Foreign Ministry Director of European Affairs Abubaker Wanis, also addressed academic cooperation and the exchange of scientific expertise between Libya and the UK.

During the meeting, the British ambassador handed bin Ghalboun a written message from the UK prime minister to Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah, according to the Hakoomitna platform.
