The talks come as Türkiye continues its diplomatic engagement with Libyan stakeholders, supporting efforts toward political stability in the war-torn country. General Haftar is the son of Khalifa Haftar, commander of the Libyan National Army, which controls large parts of eastern and southern Libya.
