According to Trump, Ukraine and Russia have agreed to refrain from launching attacks against each other’s energy facilities.

The announcement was shared directly by the US leader in a post published on his Truth Social platform.

The US President wrote, “Ukraine agreed not to strike Russian energy facilities. Russia agreed to do exact same thing! Global diesel price increases are mainly caused by the war between Russia and Ukraine, not Iran.”

According to Trump, the ongoing surges in global diesel fuel prices are primarily driven by Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine rather than events involving Iran.
