TechnipFMC Secures Significant Contract for Agogo West Hub Tails Project – News and Statistics

Offshore contracting company TechnipFMC has secured a contract from Azule Energy to supply flexible flowlines and risers for the West Hub Tails project, which is an extension of the Agogo Integrated Development offshore Angola. The scope of work includes designing and manufacturing flexible flowlines, risers, and associated equipment to handle all production from the West Hub area, consolidating it into the Agogo FPSO vessel.

Financial terms were not disclosed, but the contract is described as significant, falling within the $75 million to $250 million range. The award will be recorded in inbound orders during the third quarter of 2026.

The Agogo Integrated Development is a deepwater oil project in the Lower Congo basin, offshore Angola. It is a fast-track full-field development that combines resources from the Agogo and Ndungu fields, with estimated combined reserves of around 450 million barrels. Peak production is expected to reach between 175,000 and 180,000 barrels of oil per day.
