Nigeria’s Super Eagles have clinched the 2026 Unity Cup after thrashing Jamaica 3-0 in the final at the Valley Stadium on Saturday night.
The Eric Chelle boys started off on a brilliant note as Alhassan Yusuf opened scoring in the third minute.
The team continued their dominance in the clash, with Terem Moffi making it 2-0 just one minute before the hour mark.

Yusuf then scored his second and Nigeria’s third of the game on the dot of 90 minutes to seal the rout.
Recall that Nigeria defeated Zimbabwe 2-0 in the semifinal clash to reach the final. Zimbabwe wwnt on to finish third after beating India 1-0 in the third-place match.
The Eagles have now won the Afro-Caribbean tourney for the fourth time. Next up for the team are two international friendly matches against Poland and Portugal.
