Roldan, 30, has earned 45 international caps for the United States and has appeared in eight matches across the team’s last four FIFA international windows.
He was a member of the U.S. squad at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, where the Americans advanced to the Round of 16, and played in all five matches during the team’s 2023 Concacaf Gold Cup campaign.
A Seattle native and University of Washington product, Roldan was selected by the Sounders in the first round of the 2015 MLS SuperDraft.
Since joining the club, he has made 408 appearances across all competitions, becoming just the second player in franchise history to reach the 400-game milestone.
Roldan has helped lead Seattle to two MLS Cup titles, the 2022 Concacaf Champions League crown, and the 2025 Leagues Cup championship.
He ranks second in club history with 79 assists and sixth with 46 goals.
