Five pedestrians were injured. Two were treated at the scene, while three were taken to hospital.

Police said the injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing.

Counter Terrorism Policing London was initially involved in the inquiry because of the nature of the incident, but police said the case is not being treated as terrorism.
