Senegal’s mobile price index records 16% decrease in Q2 driven by Orange

Senegal’s IPSM report, which tracks price changes for mobile voice and data plans, found a 15.6 percent year-on-year decrease in the average price level for the three months to June, following a 16.6 percent drop in the first quarter.
