Senegal Space Agency and LeoBlue sign MoU for satellite early warning systems

The Senegalese Agency for Space Studies (ASES) and French technology firm LeoBlue have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop satellite- and stratospheric balloon-based early warning systems. The technology is expected to deliver real-time emergency alerts directly to smartphones and connected devices without relying on terrestrial network infrastructure.
