Registrar’s bid to back NBK in Sh870m claim on Moi-era firm fails

The High Court has dismissed an application by the Registrar of Companies in a case in which the National Bank of Kenya (NBK) is seeking Sh870.9 million from a Moi-era construction firm facing liquidation over mounting debts.
