Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs has visited eastern Libya for the first time in 14 years as part of a push for a return to ‘One Libya’. Qatar, Egypt and Turkiye are intensifying diplomatic efforts to unite the country after more than a decade of fighting between two rival authorities for control.
