President of Republic receives congratulations from President of Libyan Presidential Council

ALGIERS – The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a congratulatory message from his brother, Mohamed Younes Al-Menfi, President of the Libyan Presidential Council, on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of Independence and the recovery of national sovereignty.
