Paratus Uganda launches Starlink satellite services

Paratus Uganda has become the country’s first operator to deploy Starlink’s low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite broadband, following the licensing agreement signed by the Uganda Communications Commission and Starlink on 15 May. The launch equips Paratus Uganda to deliver high-speed, low-latency satellite internet to commercial clients operating in rural and underserved regions nationwide.
