ATLANTA ― Morocco and Haiti go head-to-head Wednesday (6 p.m. ET, FOX) in their final World Cup group match.

Morocco opened the tournament with a 1-1 draw with Brazil on June 13 before beating Scotland 1-0 six days later. The Atlas Lions led for almost the entire match after Ismael Saibari scored in the second minute. The ball he blasted was the fastest scored goal to date at the 2026 World Cup. Morocco will continue its World Cup pursuit Wednesday evening in Atlanta.

Haiti has already been eliminated from the 2026 World Cup. It lost 1-0 to Scotland to open the tournament on June 13 and lost 3-0 to Brazil on June 19. The Grenadiers, who are playing in just their second-ever World Cup, failed to register any group stage points, just as they did during their tournament debut in 1974.

“We’re here at the World Cup. We’re here to win. We wanna be first in our group. We need to win the game,” head coach Mohamed Ouahbi said ahead of the match. “(If our goal is) not winning the game, that would be regretful for us.”
