Mizoram’s H. Lalthazuala Clinches Cameroon International 2026 Title

Mizoram shuttler H. Lalthazuala of Chanmari West, Aizawl, has won the Cameroon International 2026, defeating fellow Indian player Gnana Dattu TT in a thrilling men’s singles final.

Lalthazuala prevailed 21–13, 13–21, 23–21 in a closely contested three-game final played on Sunday.

The victory marks a significant achievement for the Mizoram player on the international badminton circuit and has brought pride to the state.
