Medics deliver ‘Band-Aid’ cure to doctors in Niger, 2005

Tahoua, Niger, June 23, 2005: Capt. Warren Cusick of the 160th Forward Surgical Team explains to doctors at a maternity clinic how to handle the units of blood that the U.S. soldiers delivered. The delivery was part of the Flintlock 05 being coordinated by the Stuttgart, Germany-based U.S. European Command, in which U.S. troops are providing military training and other services to nations in northern Africa.
