KINGSTON, Jamaica—Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) recently participated in the information fair hosted by Christel House Jamaica (CHJ), forming part of the non-profit’s annual Kick Off Week, giving staff and parents direct access to investment guidance and information on the full suite of services offered by the Mayberry Group.

Christel House Jamaica is a non-profit educational institution dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through a holistic model of education and support for children and families from underserved communities.

Through this model, the organisation serves more than 470 students, providing high-quality education, healthcare support, family assistance, character development, career guidance, and daily nutrition.

Representatives from Mayberry’s Asset Management and Relationship Management teams staffed the company’s booth at the fair, engaging directly with CHJ staff and parents to demystify the investment process and highlight opportunities suited to a range of financial goals and risk appetites.

The initiative forms part of Mayberry’s broader role in ensuring all Jamaicans, regardless of background, have access to greater investment opportunities.

“Our participation in Christel House Jamaica’s Information Fair reflects Mayberry’s belief that financial literacy should be accessible to every Jamaican family. Conversations like these help demystify investing and put real opportunities within reach of the people who attend events like this one,” said Desiree Wheeler, marketing manager at Mayberry Investments Limited.

Beyond one-on-one conversations at the booth, the Mayberry team fielded questions on savings vehicles, unit trusts and broader wealth-building strategies, tailoring guidance to the specific needs of the parents and staff in attendance.
